You want to fit in with their company. The best thing to do is to make a mental note of how people are dressed when you go into get an application form. When you get called for an interview make sure you dress similarly to the other people in the office so that you naturally look like you fit in.
Another tip to get you hired is to understand personality types. If your interviewer is very direct and to the point, give him very direct and to the point answers. Don't fluff up your answers as direct people hate this. A great resource to study is the DISC personality profile.
